At LUNA MAGIC, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our policy regarding delivery claims and lost or stolen packages:
Delivery Claims
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must submit a claim within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution. To file a claim, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LUNA MAGIC Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier. If your package is missing, you must submit a claim directly with the mail carrier. We recommend including any relevant tracking information and proof of shipment in your claim.
