  • U.S.A.: LUNA MAGIC ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes.
  • INTERNATIONAL: We also ship internationally to countries available at checkout. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or compliance. Please confirm with your local customs agency to ensure that your order complies with local regulations.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? 
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. All other shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. 

 

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. During high peaks and high demand time periods, please allow up to 2-3 business days. Please note that all fully processed sales orders are final.

MAY I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
